Thomas F. Borgia

As CFO /Partner for J. Raymond Construction, Tom Borgia is responsible for managing the financial operations for the company including forecasting, budgeting and planning. He also leads the investing, banking and accounting activities for J. Raymond Construction. In addition Tom leads our risk management program, including property and casualty insurances and bonding needs. Tom also oversees the Human Resource and IT Departments and is responsible for the companies 401k/Profit Sharing plan. With 20 years of construction industry experience, Tom, provides sound guidance and direction for the operations team, while being focused on risk management initiatives and seeking out the most effective ways to serve our clients.
